All of our products are custom-made to order with your selected design, color, and size. Because of this, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered.
If your order arrives with an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sassyheifer1@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If an approved return or replacement requires shipping an item back to us, the customer covers the cost of return postage.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept size or color exchanges after purchase.
Please review the size guide on each product page and double-check your selections before completing checkout. If you're unsure about sizing, reach out before ordering and we'll happily steer you in the right direction.
In the rare event of a defective item, we'll replace it with the identical product at no cost to you.
Free local pickup is available at Tiny Hiney Farm, located at 6251 Longhorn Trail, Fort Myers, FL 33905.
Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout instead of shipping, and a pickup time will be scheduled with you once your order is ready. You'll receive an email confirmation with your scheduled slot.
Orders are typically ready for pickup 3–7 business days after placing your order, depending on production time.
Please bring a valid ID matching your order name at pickup. If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Production takes approximately 3–7 business days as each item is printed just for you.
Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 3–5 business days after production. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Lost or delayed packages must be reported within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier.
